Our story begins many century’s after, Westeros still stands divided, each region at war against the other, fighting over lands, titles, anything they can lay claim to. A time long after Bran the Builder built the wall in an effort to keep the Wildlings from raiding villages and homesteads in the North. There was a time, not too long ago in historical context, before Aegon Targaryen landed on the eastern coast of Westeros, before he and his sisters rode upon the backs of mythical beasts, conquering and burning the lands before uniting the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros under one kingship.
